Stacey Buchanan

Stacey Buchanan is the Second Generation Broker-Owner of Melbourne Realty, South Brevard's oldest real estate brokerage. She grew up in this business. Her mom, Donna, the company's original Broker-Owner, earned her license when Stacey was five, and by 12 Stacey was working in the office after school. Today Stacey carries those same standards forward: do what you say you will do, and put the client's needs first.

In 34 years, Stacey has listed and sold over a thousand properties, completed hundreds of Broker Price Opinions for major banks, and given expert testimony in court cases. As a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, she also helps families sell inherited homes in Brevard County.
