Kristy Adkins

Kristy Adkins has been a top-producing REALTOR® for more than 10 years, and her clients know exactly what to expect from her: straight answers. Kristy doesn't sugarcoat a price, a problem or a negotiation. She tells you what she sees, what it means for you, and what she'd do next, so you can make your decision with the full picture.

That no-nonsense approach comes with exceptional service. Kristy starts by listening to what you need, what you want and what matters most about this move. Then she stays with you from the first conversation through closing day.

As a REALTOR® with Melbourne Realty, Inc., Kristy helps buyers and sellers in Palm Bay, Melbourne and throughout Brevard County. She lives in Palm Bay herself, so she knows the neighborhoods, the new construction and the day-to-day questions buyers ask about the area.

In her words: "Real estate is more than buying and selling properties, it's about helping people start new chapters in their lives."

Outside of work, Kristy is the proud mom of one grown son.
