Jim Clingman

Jim Clingman brings decades of real estate experience to Melbourne Realty, Inc. Before moving to Florida, Jim and his wife, Judy, owned and ran a successful brokerage in Iowa, where Jim led all agents in sales throughout southeast Iowa for more than ten consecutive years.

He also knows the rules of this business from the inside. Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds appointed Jim to the Iowa Real Estate Commission in 2018, and he served several years as its chairman before completing his term in 2026.
