Meet Stacey Buchanan, Second Generation Broker-Owner of Melbourne Realty

Melbourne Realty is Melbourne's oldest real estate brokerage. It opened in 1963, and Stacey's mother, Donna Buchanan, served as its broker for many years.

Stacey started at the office when she was 12. She did whatever task needed doing and soaked up how her mother ran the business. She earned her real estate license in 1992, led the office in sales year after year, and earned her broker's license in 1999.

In 2017, after her mother's sudden passing, Stacey became Broker-Owner. Today she runs the brokerage with the same ethics her mother taught her, plus a Master's Degree in Marketing and experience running campaigns for brands like BMW. That means your home gets the kind of marketing today's buyers and sellers expect.

Stacey grew up near Florida Tech and still lives near Downtown Melbourne. Her father, Bill Buchanan, is an Army veteran who retired from Harris after more than 35 years. The Buchanan family's roots in South Brevard run deep, and they are proud to call it home.
